These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kavina website located at kavina.com.au ("Site"), operated by Kavina ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site or registering your interest in Kavina, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Pre-Launch Status

Kavina is currently in pre-launch. The Site exists solely to allow interested users to register their email address and postcode to be notified when Kavina officially launches.

No products, services, or features are available at this time. We make no representations or warranties about the timeline, features, or availability of any future product.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Site is intended for use by residents of Australia, though we do not restrict access by location.

4. Waitlist Registration

• Provide accurate information (email address and postcode).
• Receive a confirmation email and a launch notification email from us.
• Not register on behalf of another person without their consent.

Registration on the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product, pricing, or feature. We reserve the right to close the waitlist at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
• Violate any applicable Australian or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any registration and block access from anyone who violates these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and the Kavina name, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
